One of the most prestigious and expensive schools in the world, Le Rosey accustomed to the students of blue blood and famous not only for its strong academic program, but also a serious approach to the sport, which every winter and the teachers and the students for a few months moved closer to the ski slopes.

History

In the late 19th century a man named Paul-Emile Carnal, a great lover of history, nature and the countryside, decided to establish a new private school and chose for her historic Chateau in the small town of Role, in which Le Rosey is today. From the beginning, the school emphasized the study of foreign languages and international and quickly became popular among foreigners: in the middle of the 20th century there had already studied the Americans, the Italians and Greeks, then came the students from Arab countries, South Korea, Japan and Russia. Today, Le Rosey is a prestigious and expensive school.

History

The school was founded by Duke Maurice of Saxony on the site of the former Cistercian Abbey of the Fort that existed from the 11th century. It happened with the Abbey of the Fort.

History

The school was founded by the English architect John Carleton. Corlette taught at a private school in Scotland, Gordonstoun, and had based many of the ideas of the institution, founded by the famous German educator Kurt Hahn. The internationalization, the pursuit of learning about other cultures, responsibility, service to society and setting ourselves a difficult task - these are the principles of the school Gordonstoun took Corlette to create their own educational institutions.
